The *Season Tickets – Membership Renewal Homepage* is a sports ticketing experience designed to support season-ticket renewals across multiple teams.

The goal of the project was to create a clear, intuitive, and scalable experience that helps returning members quickly understand their renewal options, identify the relevant team or membership, and confidently continue through the renewal process.

Because the platform supports multiple teams and ticket offerings, one of the main design challenges was organizing a large amount of information without overwhelming the user. The experience needed to establish a strong visual hierarchy, make renewal options easy to discover, and provide a straightforward path forward for different types of season-ticket holders.

The design focuses on clarity, accessibility, and ease of navigation. Structured content, clear calls to action, and a simplified information architecture help users quickly familiarize themselves with the available options and move through the renewal journey with minimal friction.

AI-Assisted Design Process

AI was integrated into the project from the early definition stage through prototyping. I used AI tools to help explore product directions, structure requirements, develop user flows, challenge assumptions, and rapidly test different interaction and layout concepts.

The final result is a focused and scalable renewal experience that balances the needs of sports organizations with a user-centered approach to season-ticket retention and membership renewal.
